In Pokemon Platinum, how do you make Porygon evolve?

In Pokemon Platinum, how do you make Porygon evolve into Porygon-2? And then how do you make Porygon-2 evolve into Porygon-Z? My Porygon's Lv. 51 right now, but it still hasn't evolved. Do I need to give it a certain item, or train it a certain place? Please tell me! And if you can, how do you make Porygon-2 evolve to Porygon-Z?

You need to find the Upgrade. Then have Porygon hold the Upgrade and trade it. To get Porygon-Z, find the Dubious Disk, and do the same with that. You've been waiting a long time for this answer. Hopefully you found what you needed.
