He has locked me out. Turned the electricity off on me. Locks the bedroom door so I can't use the bathroom. What are my rights. Thanks.
In Nov 2017 I moved in with a friend. Now he wants me out. I paid my rent since I've been here.

I live in California. I also have called the police.and they told him he has to give me a 30 day notice.but he continues to lock me turning utility. Off.police have been to the apt about 4 times. I need time to find a place to live. Thxs

He has to give you a 30-day written notice to move whether you paid your rent or not. You did not say what state you live in so go to Google and type "landlord and tenant rights xxxx" fill in your state where the xx are.
It is illegal to make the home unsafe or unhealthy unless you have gone passed your 30-day written notice and you can call the police if you can't use heating, lights, refrigerator or bathroom.
