i watched saint seiya-the lost canvas and of course it isn't based entirely of the mythology but in the anime she loved hades..was it true or did she love someone else?

Since Zeus punished Prometheus he also wanted to punish his brother Epimetheus along with mankind and so he had the gods create Pandora and sent her down to the world. When she got here Epimetheus quickly fell in love with her and she felt the same way so they got together.
