Recently, my landlord in Fort Collins did an inspection and claimed I had a fire hazard in my apartment. A note was placed on my door saying that he would come today to inspect, but never showed up. Tomorrow, I'm gone all day and I really don't trust him alone in my apartment. Can I ask him to give me a second 24 hour notice since he was a no show, or does that notice extend? He was very clear that he was going to enter on Tuesday the 29th, but didn't.
