In a world dominated by capitalism how do we reconcile intersubjectivity and capitalism?

What a phungo question!

adjective Philosophy
existing between conscious minds; shared by more than one conscious mind.

"Capitalism" is even less meaningful. The word was publicized by Karl Marx so he could have a contrast to his theory of socialism that was easily knocked down. Some people assumed that it was a synonym for "free market", forgetting that in economics, "capital" only means "tools and factories". The only adequate definition for capitalism is "the way we do things in the west."

There is no connection at all between economics and philosophy. Economics is intimately associated with politics, so it can be extremely difficult to get clear definitions in any case. It reaches a point where anything can be true if you keep saying it, and nothing is true if you can't be forced to admit it.
