In 40 ltr water 10% is salt, how much we increase in water then salt become 8%?

assuming you mean 10% VOLUME is salt,
40000=0.1S+(1-0.1=0.9)W
40000=0.08S+(1-0.08=0.92)W
Change in W is 0.92-0.9=0.02.
So increase in water is 40000x0.02=800ml
