Immigration to America?

Hey I've done a lot of research on immigration to america and I was wondering if my chances of immigrating there would improve with the following things:

Following the H1 visa's 12 point system

Having a Masters Degree in Business Management

Having work experience in several stores across Glasgow

Doing charity work

Running my own 1 man cleaning business

And finally when I do go to uni I will be getting a part time job or may continue to do work on m small 1 man cleaning business

I was also thinking of going to America to study for a year or two too when I have enough money.

Would this improve my chances of getting the H1 Visa?

Firstly Improve the Communication skill and get the Highest mark in  IELTS exam Then apply the what you do then consider your qualification and your Work experience Finally all steps have few points on that Basis decide you are eligible or not
