I am US citizen. Married a Chinese woman on 02/18/2017 who entered US 21 years ago lawfully but her visa expired and she stayed. Trying to apply for green card. Can i130 and i485 be filed concurrently or does i130 need to be submitted and approved first? I am becoming confused because at some instructions it seems to require the grantee has been present lawfully in the US at all times and others seem to state simply that she entered the US lawfully. Can you advise?
