I'm a 15 year old male and I was 230 pounds. After losing 40 pounds I'm still 190 and still considered overweight and I have a bmi of 27.4. It's so hard to continue dieting but if I give up I'm in trouble. Am I really as fat as I think I am? BTW I think my weight makes me look ugly and I feel like I will never be able to get a girlfriend looking like this. It is making me very shy. Any way to easily break out of my shell?
I'm very sensitive of my weight and I don't know how to fix it. Please help!?

Dont worry,I will help u,but i see that you are really overweight but i don't recommend Dieting at this age,it is dangerous and will decrease your immunity and u will get serious problems because u are already overweight...The solution is simple u just have to run a few kilometers daily and eat a balanced diet(not dieting) and if u have a Treadmill exercise daily..U will notice changes within a month and soon will be more attractive towards girls...Even Fat people have girlfriends,the thing is u have to talk politely or the way they like and i am telling ya any girl will fall for ya,it doesnt matter if ur fat...Iam telling this from my own Experience...Have a great day,ur handsome and dont be shy
dieting at this age isnt wise, you have to eat a balanced and healthy diet and better if you have your meal in portions like five to six times instead 3 times so that your stomach will be able to work better and your metabolism will also run actively, you can also use "beyond weight management tea" which is mended the way it stimulates metabolism and speeds up the fat burning.
