my girlfriend is undergoing investigation for pains in stomach and body which come and go, mostly from overstrained work. they are taking blood and feces sample. she is in pain in the stomach randomly, do you believe it is it safe for her to parachute out of a plane?
reason is her sister bought the experience as a birthday present for tomorrow morning.
she has excreted blood (not dark blood but normal color). doctors in preliminary tests say her blood samples seem fine but they want to do more tests like feces samples which has not yet been conducted. her pains come and go, and these past 2 years shes been throwing up in a pretty much daily basis, but she doesnt have an eating disorder, her doctor said her stomach opening muscle is very weak and therefor regurgitates very easily. she has not really thrown up lately, but her stomach is still sensitive. i know the "take her to a doctor" -answer, but since her doctor believes she is fine but requires more testing, he is not really stressing these tests.
i, being her boyfriend, assess that her stomach mouth opening muscle (sorry dont know the real name), maybe might have hemorrhoids, and in general her stomach is very sensitive to food in quantities (ie she needs to eat many but small meals), she is a slim girl, weighs 44kg's right now (i guess for her body structure 50-52kg would be a ideal safe wait.). sge has a very strong fighting spirit, and rarely likes to show she's in pain, which i guess is why we are asking the question if it is safe for her to parachute?
i can believe that jumping out of a plane must be like a rollercoaster like ride for one's stomach but a 1000 times more? :P
-doctors dont assess her as a life-threatening situation
-strong fighting spirit, much like a soldier.
-symptoms like blood in feces, easily upset stomach
what would you say? can jumping cause more problems if it was believed she has an ulcer for example?
