I'm trying to find out the name of a movie I watched when I was young. It's based in a town with a cult that's worshiping some kind of monster thing the main character has glasses ANF the town is always dark and raining from what I remember I remember a scene where the main character is grabbed by tentacles and pulled in to water. I believe the main character is a journalist and/or he's looking for his wife or some female character in the city. If anyone knows the name of the mover it would be awesome so know
