I'm thinking of opening a restaurant in Dubai. Should I go for it?

I think it would be great if you would open a restaurant, but is it worth it? You can't just open a restaurant, you need to be prepared for anything.
You need to be prepared in case it goes down (not that it will)
Look for a great location where there are many people
Advertise before opening
Think of a catchy name that will attract the costumers
Looks at the competition around you.
Do you have the money to open, renovate?
Rent or buy the property?
You will need a manager, some one to help you out, who is professional.
Interview workers in restaurants or the owners/managers
Interview people for opinions in what is a 'good restaurant' etc.
I am not a professional, but this is what i have seen other people do and I would do

The main provisions for setting up restaurants in Dubai are encompassed in the Food Code. The Food Code was enabled in order to support restaurant owners and to provide guidelines for food safety and regulations to be respected when owning a food establishment in Dubai.

The Food Code was designed according to other food codes in countries like the United States or Australia. The Dubai Food Code also encompasses the law regulations stated by the Food Control Department. The Food Code clearly states the requirements to be met in order to obtain a safe environment and health protection of consumers going in restaurants in Dubai.

I found the unique and best restaurant in dubai is www.tof-me.com, you should visit the restaurant before opening.
