Im thinking of doing a letsplay of dark souls?

once i get a capture card, i will most likely be doing a letsplay of dark souls on youtube. i just wanted to know what kind of build should i use? should i go for a tanky build or one that relies on speed? and what starting class should i choose to go with the build?

I am currently doing a let's play of dark souls, and I use a tank with high attack. It works very well for me, but in dark souls it really depends on how you play, and what you are good at using.
