Hi all, i'm 25 yrs old, i weigh 63 kg, height 174 cm. Everyone says i'm too skinny, and i am! It's just that i have belly fat and those pesky love handles! i don't know if i should do cardio or not? I was 61 kg when i started working out and now added 2 kg of muscle which is good. But all that with bellyfat is a waste of muscle if u ask me.what kind of foods should i eat? All i want is to get rid of that flab on my belly, a friend told me it's very hard since there isn't enough circulation in that area.. i workout 3 days a week. Tomorrow i'll renew my subscription and i think i'll make it 5 days a week from now on, So any advice on what to do? Thanks in advance :)

My friend, I'm in the same boat as you! Before you start doing your 5 day a week work out session you NEED to buy the book called The 4 Hour Body. It will tell you everything you need and want to know to get the results you are looking for. The book has become my health "bible" because it really helps with understanding the body and its workings.
