I want to get bigger but I'm too busy for a gym so I have a few home weights, will doing weights without a strict structured routine and eating more be enough or is it not that simple I am also considering buying some hyperbolic mass, any help will be appreciated.

Ok first of all do u mean muscular well lifting weights will help do some sports and do a lot of pushups for your arms and legs and some chinups for your arms and do some curleups for your abbs (lol) and when you start to see resolts then make your exsersing a little more hard but not to hard and everyweek take a one day relax so you don't strain anything kk I hope this helps a lot comment if it does PLZ by the way i'm a girl and 14 years old and my name is Chantelle
