I’m 17 and I am REALLY skinny due to a high metabolism. I am also REALLY weak and that makes it hard to do the exercises. I don’t like being so thin. It makes me feel inferior to the rest of the guys, not to mention damaging to my confidence on dates. I haven’t got much equipment or much money to spend. I have some small dumbbells and that’s pretty much it. I don’t feel comfortable going to the gym because I am self conscious at the moment. Once I become more fit and toned I will most defiantly join a gym. Until then, can someone help me by giving me some muscle building exercises I can do? Also what to eat to help me put on some muscle weight? A whole workout plan would be much appreciated!!
