I need to find a principal I can email with gmail that banned dress codes to ask them some questions. Anyone got any bright ideas? I tried to look up the schools but that didn't work. I would appreciate some help. Thank you!

Is this a school research project of some sort? I'd say that's more effort than it's worth in this case.
Data collection is an art.
You could befriend some students from other schools and check whether they wear any sort of uniform on grounds. I doubt you'll be able to obtain access to a principal's personal email; However, if you state your request to the secretarial office with a measure of charisma (whilst indicating research purposes), there's a nonzero chance you'll be granted some form of audience with that person.
I meant, more in the sense of someone in an approachable (ie lower) position (or mayhap avoid this altogether) - for example, you would have little trouble contacting someone in high tech via linkedin, or a university professor on their field of research. But if that's the assignment, I guess there's not much of a choice.
Glad it helped, at any rate. Always best to know someone who knows people, but I've got nothing there.
Thanks FauxPas. Actually, it's not more effort. We are required to contact a professional and ask them some questions, and it was recommended to try someone that has changed their school's dress code to be really flexible. However, this was some pretty good information to start. As for the personal email, I wasn't really expecting that much, but it's okay. Once again, thanks for the information! -MyLittleUniverse-
