... none to small notice of muscle structure, I've loss a great deal of weight 35lbs to be exact (225/190). I'm 25 male and also Type 1 diabetic, I've never been into the body building thing aside from my other family members, however since I have to maintain some type of workout regiment for glucose control I've decided to use something (bodybuilding) that would make me happy to be consistent on that regiment BUT My main reason for this post how is it that my body Fat percentage is still 26% and I don't look fat I actually look slender would I have to loose that completely before seeing any gains/muscle definition please help?
