All are grammatically correct, but in some cases we don't talk that way.
a. Never have I seen such reprehensible behavior. ("before" is ok, but it usually would be omitted. It might be "before or since" to add emphasis.)
b. Anna felt grateful to have a chance to take advantage of the opportunity of getting a good education. (not "of taking")
