On my opinion, its just the fact that you'll be on your period. A few days before i get mine im sore from my breasts too, but when i asked my mum she said it was normal. At the same time, it may also be because you slept with your bra on. Sometimes the skin isn't used to the type of fabric that's on the bra and our breasts are very sensible. I recommend telling your mum about it, she should definitely know. Hope that helped. :) x
