I'm on my period I put in a tampon but there is still a little of blood coming out. Can I still swim

if you can then find a tampon for heavier users as it may stop the blood flow a little better. if you cant then i recommend you don't go swimming. i know its annoying but i guess that's one of the things us girls have to live with.
