I'm going to the dentist for the 2nd time to see a hygienist and do a Comprehensive oral exam, on the first visit,i got my teeth clean and i told him i had problem with my gum (my back lower 2 teeth look like it has tilted) he look the front and back teeth and he said it looks ok, i forgot to ask him my gum is receding in the front as well but he didn't say anything about it.

Anyway i had read on the internet i should've seen a Periodontist instead of a hygienist about my gum, is that true?? or are they the same??

Should i go to the 2nd visit, get it clean ask again about my gum, and if i'm still worried i make another appointment with a Periodontist in a different place??

I'm interest in Gum Graft should i ask him if i need it or should i go to another dentist that do this kind of procedure?
