I'm a teen who grew up on rock music. One of my dreams was to be a rock star, but God gave me sence of rhythm and almost no sence of melody. I have many friends who play guitar just for fun of it and well, if they can, why couldn't I? My dad has an old guitar which no one has played in decades. If I decide to play it, I would probably need to buy new strings and a picker - that shouldn't be a problem. Somehow I will persuade my mum to let me bring that "old piece of junk" from the attick, but I still have doubts... My only goals are to learn something new and have fun - should I take my chance?

hai! I think it would be nice to try it! im a teen also and im in guitar class 1 at my school! I think its fun and its a big stress reliever. guitar is fun but take some time to learn. It varies between what you are working towards. I always enjoyed rock music. so for my birthday im getting an electric guitar. I hope you make it and strive to your goal of being a rockstar. you never know if you don't try.
