Hi. Now that its cold outside, I have to replace running with other kind of daily exercises. What I'm looking for is an app that would tell me what exercises to do every day of the week, a schedule that I can get used to and workout properly. Currently I'm 172 and 63kgs. Also, I need the exercises to be bodyweight, as I don't have any equipment and at 15 my parents think I'm too young for a gym membership. I really need something to replace running, staying home all day is pretty boring :/
