I have been trying to track down this movie for so long it has been driving me nuts, nobody seems to have any recollection of it existing and I'm starting to think I dreamt it. All I remember about it was a scene (in the beginning of the movie) where this brunette woman is surrounded by bags of shopping (clothes and makeup), she goes into the bathroom of her apartment and bleaches her hair blonde and when she comes out she wraps herself in a towel and goes in the living room, she sits down and pulls out bras and panties and puts them against her covered body, after she is dressed she goes through all this makeup and applies it. Thats about as much as I remember but it was a scene that has stuck with me for whatever reason.

I watched this movie (or dreamt it) between 2005-2011.

I hope someone somewhere has a recollection of this movie.
It is NOT clueless, legally blonde etc. I have scoured every "100 best chick flics of the 21st century" site or similar that i can find and no luck.
