I'm interested in both arts(painting) & english literature. Is there any course which combines both?

Maybe you could consider manga or writing a comic book? Manga is a like a Japenese comic book (though it can be made in English), and of course both of them include making characters and drawing etc. They also provide creating a story line, maybe you could pursue that ^^?
