Hello Everyone. 

for my story I am going to be "A" and he is going to be "s" 
(I'm A Girl, And He's A Guy) 

I have known S for about a year now, and I couldn't be any more happy with him. He's helped me get through so many things. He really understands me and I know he cares for me. I would put him before me ANY day. He is why I wake up in the morning. He's the first person I talk to, and the Last throughout the day. We are currently skyping(like we do every night) we've been talking for about 4 hours now. He fell asleep but its okay because its five in the morning. I really do love him and if anything happened to him I would be devastated. I've gone through so much and he's always been there by my side. He's different from most guys that I go for, but that's what makes him so special. How can I tell him I'm in love with him?

You seem to be in a close friendship so he may be having the same feelings and thoughts as you. You could arrange to have a night in at yours or his to watch films alone just you two, this might create a calm and romantic feeling so you can find it easier to tell him how you feel. You could just go for a walk together and just talk, build it up to tell him. 
You may even get a kiss if you tell him when the time is right and he feels the same, I hope things go good!

Tell him you need to talk to him and tell him how you truly feel and he will tell you too.The only thing is I would be scared to date him because if y'all get in a simple argument it can ruin y'all's relationship.

I think you should tell him. Express your feelings and stuff :) You know. Also maybe you should show it by hanging out with him ALL the time. Ask him to come to the cinema and invite him to parties and stuff. Lol i dont know. Hope i helped though.

Do you TRULY love "S". What I mean by truly love him is if you both are at the end of a gun and only one can live who would die?  Would you sacrifice yourself so he may live on?
