All my friends think this boy likes me, including myself. But recently he asked me who I liked so I told him to tell me first. He said he likes this girl in his year. Was he just using this as a cover up story? Plus he's been kinda... Umm... He hasn't texted me too much recently and unfollowed me on Instagram. I feel really bad like I've done something wrong. We've been friends since we were toddlers.

Sorry, he didn't unfollow me on Instagram and he's just texted me saying the reason he hasn't been texting me is because he's been really busy :)
He Probs just is using that girl as a shield a lot of my friends have Ex-Gf's That They Use As A Shield. its weird but I like this girl (Im A Boy) she likes me back u just gotta be really honest to him!!! Then if He says he hates you just stare at him for about 3 seconds put your head down and walk away! if he really doesn't hate you then he should come running to you and apologies but if not there are plenty of fish in the sea. >o (<--Fish)
He totes likes you! he just is shy and scared to show you just tell him you like him cause I know a friend who did that to a boy she ADORED and the boy boosted his confidence and asked her out now they are happily gf and bf
If you don't want to be gf and bf just say can we be friends!!! Simple as that
