I'm in a long dist relationship and I think my girlfriend lost her phone. How do you regain contact?

If she lost her phone and you don't have contact with any of her friends or family and you can't go to see her, there is really no other way to regain contact with her.

you can try contacting her through social media; maybe Facebook , Twitter and so on. Or better still wait for her to get a new phone so you can talk
