My Contract Ends 1/30/2017 and I didnt know a 60 day notice was suppose to be given. Now heres where im lost I recieved a eviction notice on my door 12/29/2016 for damage to property, I had called for a fumigator that day about having random bugs coming out of my floor now I have already let them know my floor was cracked numurios times they never came, so when the fumigator came he looked through my whole apartment and told the office that my apartment wasnt in living conditions. They did a walk through the next day and never called me to let me know if I was evicred or not so I called and they said that the manager will call me, i waited till 1/3/2017 to go up to the office, and when I asked the manager, she knew nothing of what was going on. She explained that the fumigator said we have to move out because of the apartment so i asked why did the eviction paper say damage to property. She then told me we have to move out so i told her in person that day i give you my verbal 60 day notice and on 1/5/2017 i dropped off my written one, so i have been applying for a house and they will not veriffy any paper because they claim i havenr given notice i called to ask what was going on and they "lost" my notice. What can i do they are making it difficult to rent a home for me and my family. Sorry for my horrible grammer im doing this off of my cell phone.
