I've been using my Account Now card with Moneypak but recently it said it wasn't a Green Dot card. Which isn't true because it is. Also I got my Walmart card in and loaded three Moneypak cards. Now it's hit the limit and I have to wait. Even though I should be able to load 6 Moneypaks on the card. I just want to know what's wrong with my cards. I tried calling Moneypak but I can't get in touch with anyone because I don't have a regular Green Dot card anymore. They rejected my birthday and social security numbers even though there's nothing wrong with them. I emailed them but I don't know how long it will take to hear from them. I just need help and I can't get any help. Thanks!
