I'm having an earache since few days?

ear ache says there might be something medically wrong it could be a ear infection thats where the pain is coming from you feel the thumping sounds could be your heart your hearing or your pulse that your hearing i would get to see a dr so you can have it treated as soon as possible with out treatment its possible that other things could come up medically
