Im having a problem with my ignition insert in my BMW 315MHz.. It's jammed, any way to un-jam it????

Uh, sorry if this is not helpful but you can try calling a mechanic to see the problem or have you tried turning on the car and pressing on the gas or something but how did you get it jammed Lolhelpplease?
