We had a little cleaning on our recently bought house, quite old and aren't touched for years, though there are construction on going as well.
So, it will be dusty.
Then a couple of days I've had an itch in my eye for a couple of days
(Which is not that itching much these days)
My only problem is this dry sinus everytime I only wake up on morning.
Then endless cough and occasional sneezing.
I wanted to identify what is it? And Remedies for it?
I'm having a dry sinus, coughs, sneezes is there any identification what this symptoms accord with?

Congratulations on your new house! By what you described, it sounds like allergies. Try hypo-allergenic eye drops to ease the itching and burning. A humidifier would work wonders for you. You can buy them pretty much anywhere. They are lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store. For the cough, you could try just carrying a bottle of water and a handful of cough drops. You could also take a daily dose of dry cough syrup. Best wishes :)
House repairs and rebuilds do let other old spores from inside the walls come out and these can be hazardous as they are often something related to black mold.
There is a large need to have very effective fans to extract the dust from the living areas.
One of my jobs was as air quality control. Dust on the tv or furniture is often going into your own lungs. M95 air masks are cheap and should be used often.
The eyes can be permanently damaged if they get scratched too often. I would need to know more to explain more.
Vacuum often with a hepafilter vacuum. Bagless. If this is helpful then respond with more information.
