I'm just wondering what ethnicities our child will be because I can't be bothered to do the math

One half of your child's genes will be from you and the other half from your husband. Let's do the sums:
0.5 * (0.5A + 0.5W + 0.25A + 0.75B)
0.5 * (0.75A + 0.5W + 0.75B)
0.375A + 0.25W + 0.375B = 1.0H
or in fractions
(3/8)A + (2/8)W + (3/8)B = 1.0H

A = Asian
W = White
B  = Black
H = Human
