At 4 years old I developed asthma. I was admitted to hospital at least once every two months. Since a child I get about 20 sometimes more colds a year. Even when my diets perfect. I can't sleep. But I'm always tired and when I do sleep I sleep for days. It's killing me. I'm only 22 but have never breathed through my nose. I wake myself up snoring and I'm forever ill. For example a month ago I got a cold. It went away 3 days ago , 2 days ago I got another one and I've not left the house. Can someone explaine and help me!

Plus when I do get a cold it comes at me hard, I struggle to go on. How do I live the rest of my life like this? I'm also eating well ATM on an elimination, so no gluten dairy ect. To see if it had an effect but it doesn't seem to be working.

I relate i have asthma to i have inhalers for really bad spells that require extra help i hope you do as well seem to help when nothing else works you might also get allergy meds they seem to work when nothing else does to as well it can be very scary see your dr for updated ways to deal with your asthma episodes.
A cold follows a blue spell by about two weeks, and lasts about two weeks, so it is simply impossible to have more than 12 colds a year. You have something else. Guessing from your description, It might be a severe deficiency of B vitamins. Take nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Study some books about nutrition. Diet is not the same as nutrition. Doctors have no training in nutrition so they can't advise you.
