I only eat less than 50 calories everyday and exercise but It doesn't work. I still feel very fat and I can see how fat I am in the mirror. I get these anxiety attacks everytime I eat and it even keeps me up at night. I can't even eat anymore without feeling extremly bad, I feel like puking. All the girlsin my school are skinny and pretty and I'm the fat one even though I feel like I work the hardest!
What should I do to lose weight? I've only eaten 37calories today btw.
I'm fat what to do? I'm 46,9kg(103lbs) and 157cm(5ft /13⁄16inch)?

You are starving yourself, and if you continue to do so, it could lead to organ damage and eventually death.
The standard for healthy weight is 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, plus 5 pounds for every extra inch, so at your height, you are well within your target range. If you eat too few calories, you will mess up your metabolism, and you won't be able to lose weight when you want to.
You are overly concerned about your body, and you have an eating disorder. You need to let your parents know what is going on, and you need to go to a nutritionist, who can help you look and feel your best. Many hospitals offer free nutrition guidance, which will help you stay healthy but slender.
Eating this stuff and doing this stuff really helped me
1. cut the sugar out of your diet, if you are craving sweets, eat fruit, get rid of the chocolate and candy.
2. go running or walking a couple days a week.
3. If you ever feel hungry don't just eat straight away, drink a full glass of water and then wait 20 minutes, if you are still hungry then its okay to snack, sometimes when you are thirsty you can confuse it for hunger and that makes people gain weight.
4. avoid fizzy drinks, they are TERRIBLE.
5. drink green tea.
6. if you really need something to be sweeter (tea, cereal, etc.) instead of using sugar use honey, and not just any old honey, check the ingredients on the back of the bottle before you purchase it, in fact do that with everything you buy.
7. eat lots of vegetables.
8. if you like meat eat grilled chicken or eat beef, but don't drown the beef in gravy
9. try to minimise your salt intake.
10. do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day, but if exercising is to boring then put on music and jump and dance around for a while.
11. try to minimise the amount of rice you eat, it's fattening.
Hey! You're NOT fat! Just remember this, some people (including me), are trying to gain weight, so next time you feel "fat" think about people who are trying to gain weight, or physically can't. Stay strong my friend! ;) Also you seem to have a disorder called Anorexia which is when you look in the mirror and see a "fat" person when you really are SUPER skinny. Either way if you don't have it or not you should DEFINANTLY get help. Could be from a counselor at school or a therapist! Hope this helps <3
