Im disabled got loan4a house w usda which I defaulted on can I stop them from taking$out of my check

well mabe should make arrangements to pay them even if its small payments if your on social security they can't take money out of social security at least thats what i have heard it would stop that from happening they can call you and give you a bad time over things constantley harrasing you just like a collection agency if its student loans or something like that you have to pay them back its goverment
