We broke up 3years ago and I already have a new relationship, I know by myself that I love him but why evertime I see pics of my ex with her new gf it makes me upset?
I'm confuse why I get mad/upset everytime I see pics of my ex bf with her new gf in facebook?

because its still waying heavy on your mind kinda like the past not been it might have ended on a mutual ground its kinda like seeing it makes you mad could be still have a link to him might have some good memories or could be bad memories mabe it wasn't totally over are you friends with him?
You still get mad because inside your still not over your ex and you might just be holding on to them and hopping to make it work again.
You are still drowning and you see that he/she has made it onto the beach already. You hate to see that they have moved on and you haven't... It's normal.
I can't say that were friends. But when we see each other he just say Hi to me and give me hand shake.. We dont totally talk.
