...  setup. I know I haven't setup an account as I am under the age of 18 and for sites like this that ask for sums of money like that normally have a 18+ age bracket. HELP!!

Are you sure it is google sending you these emails? Make sure it is them (contact them if it is) but it is likely spam. Do no give your account details to them in any case.

You know i would turn this into google adwords  so they know whats going on with what happened with you google wouldn't out right do this to you.
