I'm at the the beginning of Pokémon Pearl. How should I level up quick?

I just got my Pokémon and caught another Pokémon. Now how do I level up quick. Lvl. 7 Chimchar Lvl. 4 Starly

Well first you should find a building that has moving floors when u do get any kind of tape and tape down the D-pad in 2 days your pokemon should be on level 100

So do I level Pokémon in the daycare, or just leave them in my party?

Also where are the buildings with the moving floor tiles? Are one of those at the beginning of the game?
