Definitely talk to a doctor about it. Sleeping on your back with your head propped up a bit is a good way to sleep with acid reflex. Doing some research would help too. But for the sleeping I don't know. You could probably find pills or something to help. Talking to a pharmacist could help you find pulls to help you sleep. And for the alcohol going a club or something for people with alcohol addiction could help depending on how bad it is. Also for the acid reflex it is best to eat at least 2 hours before sleeping. Eating and then sleeping is bad for it.
