To be honest there are a lot more factors that apply to your question. Height does give an advantage, but it depends how high you can jump, how strong your legs are, how long your arms are, and how much you weigh. In highschool I had a friend that was 5'11 that could dunk, but I also had a friend that was 6'1 that could not. Hope this helps a little
Tomorrow I could measure my arms and I do WorkOut my calf's and basicly my entire legs with squats, and I practice jumping and play basketball everyday.
OK. Thanks for answering. Now if you don't mind me asking. If I were to grow stronger and taller (6'3), will I be able to touch rim? Assuming that my legs keep getting stronger as my body develops? I know alot has to do with technique when jumping, but I thought there might be some way to figure it out through math. If I am this tall and can jump this high, when my body is longer and stronger, will I be able to touch rim. If that's too confusing then no worries but thanks for answering so quickly
