I'm am always being reminded of positives by friends and family because I just cant think of them myself it like I'm over worrying over everything so I guess my question is does anyone else have this or do I need to speak to my doctor?
I'm always worrying about negatives in my life and never the positives do I need help?

No you don't need to see a doctor. All you have to do is speak mindfully. Keep your mouth shut until you have at least one positive statement to make. There is no such thing as not being able to find a positive. If all you can do is find negatives it means your mind is picking and choosing. If it was just random thinking you would hit on a positive if by nothing else than accident. But it focuses on negative so it is sorting and probably finds the positive but then your brain says but what if and then finds a negative against it. So your brain is working just fine.
You just have to retrain it. Learn to THINK before you speak. If you have nothing good to say then you say nothing! Period.
Whatever negative pops into your head you think, "What is the opposite of this?"
You can retrain your thoughts and outlook. Positive or nothing. No opinions, no observations, no suggestions. You do not join the conversation until you have something good to say.
People get really tired of, angry at, and depressed listening to negativity. If everyone is commenting on it they have all reached the stage of having heard enough and you need to retrain yourself not only for yourself but for everyone else also.
I used to work with someone like you. Nobody wanted to talk to her and would avoid her. She was great at ruining a happy event or a good mood. It's tiresome so don't lose friends over it!

No, you don't need a doctor, you only need to adjust your upbringing. You almost certainly learned these thought patterns from your mother just because mothers so often think that way. In the old days, mothers would take time to count their blessings. Nowadays we are accustomed to such a flood of blessings that we make jokes about "first world problems", as if our blessings were curses.
You must first recognize that you have five needs: air, water, food, clothing/shelter, and companionship. If you have all five of those, life is pretty darn good. But you can't have a good life if you refuse to admit it. So start counting your blessings and admitting that you have a good life.
It might also help to take acting lessons so you can learn to act normal even when you maybe don't feel normal. The guiding rule in that field is "Fake it till you make it!"
Yes, if you are always worried about the negatives, and are never positive, you need help. It’s called self help. You have to flip over from NEP to PEP. NEP is Negative Energy Poison. PEP is Positive Energy Power. How do you fill your life with positivity? By stopping negative emotions that are pouring into your mind. Eliminate hate, worry, fear, anger, jealousy, doubt, pessimism . Replace them with love, hope, compassion, courage, confidence, optimism. The moment you replace NEP with PEP, your life will be full of positive energy.
