just make an excuse to talk to her e.g. "acidentally drop something in front of her so she'll pick it up and go from there or you no you could just talk to her are you any or her classes ?? if so volunteer to be her partner in an activity where u work in groups of two and if your a smart academically and she knows that help her with her hw :) hope this helps xD
Hey I'm a girl of 12,, you should really get to know her first, start off by greeting her a lot everytime you see her or in the morning say hi then when you see her during the day smile or wink and later just say bye... Then start asking her questions like how are you and stuff like that then ask her about her interests and all that and you could become friends or more and if you like her then ask her out
