I'm very sure I'm going to be getting my own apartment in the near future and I would like a roommate so that I'm not lonely. How would I go about finding someone who would be a good roommate and friend for me.

you can go to any newspaper and put in your ideas of what kinda roommate you want you can also put a roommate wanted on craigslist or any other place where you can put a ad at this could get a roommate as well college you can put a add there apartment complex you can put a add there

Well there are numerous ways with which you can find Roommates for a particular location. You can book an ad in newspaper but I think that would be a bit expensive option for you. I have tried these options and they worked for me.
