I'm able to log into the website of Instagram, but not the app. On the app,it says I'm disabled help

I'm not disabled, as I'm able to log in on the website, and other phones. Please help. Any account I try to use on the app doesn't work for "violating legal terms

Uninstall the previous app, download and install the app again. Then check it works or not.
