I'm a teenager, I find it hard to put on weight, what are some good supplements to use, I also need some supplements for big muscle mass? I have been going to the gym for about 5 months and not seeing much progression!

A big factor is protein intake. The average person consumes inadequate amount of protein every day. Try buying whey protein powder at the store. do 1-3 scoops a day in milk or water. DO this after your workouts. Also, when working out do you implement the same exercises always? For example, do you always Barbell flat bench on chest day?
