It has been a hard journey of 4 years and I haven't a slighest idea of how a 'normal' person would behave as I have been on meds which make me forget everything. It's quite hard and my personality, outlook on life, everything has changed. Changed for the better. I don't know how to cope up with everything out here anymore. Could you help me?
I'm a student who has recently recovered from depression. How do I build my life back to normal?

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Go to a church on Wednesday evening. You don't have to believe anything. Every church does something different, so if one is not interesting you can go to another one. Don't tell them about your problems, just say you heard you could meet some nice people. After they get to know you, then you can mention your medical history.
Go to the local college and talk to someone in the acting department about what classes to take to learn how to act normal.
