My childrens dads are not in there lives. One is once in a while. But i want to move to better our lives, and open up a different culture. Im not close to my family, and want a fresh start. But im worried that my kids dads would step in, or even there parents, even though they arent around maybe once a year. Side note also both dads are felons, and in and out of prison/jail for the whole life of my children.

I think you would count as an undesirable resident so yes, the government can stop you. Unless you have enough money to prove you won't ever require social security or any other form of governemental assisstance such as free schooling, benefits, etc...
You'll also require a higher educational qualification, a degree for preference, and proof of employment.
The government I was refering to was the UK government. If you were considering buying property in the UK then that would suggest you have a considerable amount of disposable income (at least 100,000 pounds sterling) which would make it far more likely that you would be able to stay in the UK as a resident, even more likely if you intend to remain in the UK while your children attend public school (private education).
What does that all mean? I was looking more at buying a house over there, and wanting my kids to have the educational experience they are in UK, because of the excel focus on the arts.
What I get out of your answer is you dont think I can move cause of US govermental assistance that I dont have? or I have to have a certain educatiion?
Im a bit confused by your answer.
